Travel plays a significant role in the formation of my identity and along with study and experience I consider it to be one of the great educators. Travel often brings with it a sensation of acceleration, from air travel to box ticking of tourist sites and fast forming friendships. Travel is, in many ways, life accelerated. I have travelled over thirty countries and while my experiences have not always been captured in a notebook using ink, they have almost always been documented using a camera lens. As a result I have an archive of tens of thousands of photographs.
